In teams of 3 complete 3 rounds of the following:

2 minutes, max reps hang power cleans, 115#/85#

2 minutes, max reps shuttle sprints

2 minutes, max reps wall balls, 20#/14#

2 minutes rest

One team member will go at a time, and each must contribute reps for each movement. Additionally, each team member must start each of the movements. For example, Athlete 1 can start the hang cleans in Round 1, the sprints in Round 2, and the wall balls in Round 3. Confused? We'll clarify tomorrow! Reps are cumulative for the entire round, score is the total reps for all 3 rounds.
