CrossFit Evolve Kids Program
Our kids program builds on a foundation of fun!
The skills we teach in the CrossFit Evolve Kids sessions include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and accommodates the developing abilities of kids in grades K-7.
CrossFit Evolve Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Our CrossFit Kids program is scalable for any age or experience level.
We offer CrossFit Kids Sessions in Fall, Spring, and Summer. Please contact us if you’re interested in future kids sessions and we’ll put you on the contact list.
The goal of the CrossFit Kids program is develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports and life in general. Although we work on teaching good movement and improving fitness, the focus of the CrossFit Evolve Kids program is still on fun!
