Getting Started at CROSSFIT EVOLVE

We make it as simple as possible for you to start training with us. Regardless of you athletic experience or current fitness level, you will be provided the opportunity to learn the basic exercises, techniques, and terminology before participating in regular workouts.

1.) Visit The Gym

We want to show you our gym, explain what we do and how we do it, hear your goals, and share with you how we can help you reach them. Please check out the gym schedule so you can come visit while a class is going on.

2.) Prepare

You’ll either schedule a Test Out (for those with prior CrossFit experience) or Foundations Sessions. These are scheduled individually and based on your schedule. You will have to contact us to schedule Foundations and Test-Outs.

3.) Membership

Once you complete your Test Out or Foundations, you’ll choose a membership option that works best for you.

Picking the right CrossFit gym is important! Looking at websites and social media isn’t enough. Stop in for a visit and you’ll get to see exactly what we do and why it works so well.

Foundation Sessions


This is how people start at CrossFit Evolve.The Foundations Sessions are two private sessions of 1 – 1.5 hours each with a CrossFit Evolve coach. Foundations Sessions are scheduled based on your availability.This is an introductory course where you will learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit, we’ll discuss your goals and expectations, and we’ll teach you everything you need to know about working out at CrossFit Evolve.Following completion of your Intro Sessions you’ll choose one of our membership options.
