October Athlete of the Month: Rog!

What more can we say? You’ve seen Rog and you know he’s a B.A! I look at this guy coming back after his second knee replacement and how hard he works and how far he’s come since such a big deal surgery, and it’s pretty amazing! I guess he didn’t bother to read the Reader’s Digest article that talks about all the things you shouldn’t do after 50, huh?! One thing that I know Rog trains for is walking 18 holes of golf several times a week. Sitting around isn’t going to improve his golf game, so he comes in and gets after it.
