Muscle-up Progerssions

Today you’ll spend some time dialing in the right progression for you. Part of the goal is to figure out what progression you should be using as well as dialing in some of the details, like height of the rings and what or how many bands to use. Why? Because later this week you’ll be seeing MUs as part of the WOD. Figuring out this stuff now will make it easier for you during that WOD.

Benchmark Time!

We’re smack dab in the middle of some benchmark testing. As we promised we’re hitting a series of benchmak WODs over a couple of weeks every 3 months. Last week Diane, today Karen! It wasn’t so long ago that we did Karen so that experience should be burned in your mind. How has the last 3 months of training improved your squats? Have you been working on your positions? Have you been in 10 times in the last 3 months or 50 times? These are the things that might impact how you do today. If you’ve got a handful of Karen times, maybe today is the day to try a rep scheme you never have! Who knows, it might end up getting you a new PR! Either way, after today you’ll be just a little fitter than before. We promise!
