Saturday Teamwork!
In teams of 4 complete the following:
Row 750m
10 stone-to-shoulder, heaviest possible
Sled drag, 250' @ 135#/105# (this will be inside, don't worry)
150 Burpees
For this WOD, the first team member will start. Once complete with the row, that person will move forward and the next will start the row. Athletes can't move on to the next movement until the person in front of them is finished. At the end, all will contribute to the 150 total burpees. More detail will be given at the WOD!
