10 Handstand push-ups

10 Pistols (5 each leg)

10 Kettlebell snatches, 55#/35# (5 each arm)

Have you looked at the reverse hyper and wondered what it's for? We're big fans of that thing for both strength development as well as rehab/restoration. It's the only "machine" in the gym. There's a good reason that we have it. Here Louie Simmons discusses it:
