Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

5 Handstand push-ups

5 Clapping pull-ups

1RM, Snatch

1RM, Clean and Jerk

You will have 15:00 to warm-up and then take 3 attempts at a 1RM for the snatch, and then 15:00 to warm-up and take 3 attempts for the clean and jerk.
