Saturday Teamwork!

In teams of 2 complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

60 Double-unders

20 Ball slams, 40#/30#

10 Overhead Squats, 95#/65#

200m run w/object (slam ball, plate, or med ball)

This will be a pacer style WOD with the 200m as the pacer. When one partner is running the 200, the other is working through the round. When the partner gets back from the run, he/she starts where the other was in the round. Confused? Don't worry, it will be crystal clear tomorrow!
