Officer David S. Moore, 29, of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, died on January 26, 2011 from gunshot wounds suffered on January 23, 2011 when he stopped a stolen vehicle and the driver opened fire at him. He is survived by his mother Jo Ann, father Spencer, and sister Carol Bongfeldt.
Don't forget to sign-up for the Memorial Day Murph on the 30th! We'll have WODs at 9, 10, and 11 am that day. Head to the Memorial Day Murph website, sign-up, and then go to MindBody and sign up for the WOD time you want. This is the perfect way to celebrate Memorial Day and to keep in perspective what that day really is all about!
Because we'll be having WODs on Memorial Day coupled with some coaching schedule conflicts, the Saturay WOD on the 28th has been cancelled. Since you won't be throwing down on Saturday, you might as well sign up for Memorial Day! See you there!
