Do Something Great Today.

This was our motto from the beginning. It’s been on the back of our tee-shirts, it’s been used in motivational talks, it’s the name of our world-renowned and critically acclaimed podcast. I’m not really sure where it came from, but it has stuck over the years. We recently received a letter from one of our athletes who moved away several years ago. When he left the gym he went on an epic cross-country bike ride. In this letter, one of the things he shared was how the “Do Something Great Today” phrase echoed through him during his journey.

After reading that letter, we decided we needed a more permanent reminder. Stine did some amazing work that you see in the photo above, and now the Do Something Great Today tagline is hung by the front door. You will see it when you walk into the gym and you’ll see it when you walk out of the gym. It’s there as a reminder to all of us that with each day we have the potential for greatness. It doesn’t have to be something big. It might be something at home, something at work, something for a friend or a stranger, or yes, something in the gym. We have 24 hours of opportunity each day. We hope that when you see this it serves as a reminder that we all have greatness in us. So go do something great today!
