Teamwork Saturday!

In teams of 2 complete the following:

1. As many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

Power clean, 135#/95#

Each team will use one bar and will alternate reps.

Rest 3:00

2. Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

KB farmers walk, 70#/55#

Burpee box jumps, 24"/18"

Farmers walk is the pacer. Once an athlete finshes the farmers walk, they switch. We'll share the farmers walk course tomorrow.

Rest 3:00

3. Complete 100 total ball slams, 40#/30#. Once finished, run 200m with your slam ball. Each team member has to carry the slam ball during the run.
