Teamwork WOD
In teams you'll complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
1 rope assent, 15' (scaling option will be 15 jumping rope pull-ups)
25 squats
20 kettlebell swings, 55#/35#
15 knees to elbows
10 supine body rows
400 m run
