Saturday Team WOD

In teams of 3 complete the following:

AMRAP 5 minutes of 5 deadlifts

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP 5 minutes of 10 wall balls

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP 5 mintes of 15 squats

This WOD will be completed in teams of 3. Each teamate will complete the prescribed numbers of reps before the next person starts. For example, Athlete 1 will complete 5 deadlifts, then Athlete 2 will complete their 5, then Athlete 3 will complete their 5. That's 1 round. This will continue for 5 minutes. Score will be total rounds completed.
