I’m surprised no one has posted anything about how the Paleo Challenge is going in response to Jon’s question. Is everyone still doing it after 2 days? I’ve actually been pleasantly surprised that I’m not hungry all the time. I think my stomach feels full because it’s trying to figure out how to process vegetables. I went to Mexicali tonight with Juli and Sarah, and it was a little hard ordering a very plain salad when there are so many other tasty choices!
