Thumbs up for a partner WOD!
Partner Workouts Are Back!
Today is a partner workout, what?? Who’s excited?!? It feels like forever since we’ve had a fun partner WOD, because it has been forever. Don’t worry, we are still going to keep you all safe and maintain social distancing rules. Every athlete will have their own equipment and area to workout in. Athletes can split the work load however they want and only one athlete will be working at a time. Because there is built in rest, when it is your turn to go keep the intensity high and move with purpose. Talk with your teammate and come up with a plan that works best for both of you. Get in and have fun with a buddy today!
