Interval Work.

Today we will be alternating between 5 minutes on and 5 minutes off in this face paced interval workout. Once you complete the running portion and rounds of “Cindy”, you use the remainder of the time to get as many reps as you can on the Squat Clean. Because you are only working for 5 minutes and resting for the same amount of time, we want to be moving for as much of those 5 minutes. Make adjustments where you need to in order to give yourself at least 1 minute on the barbell. The number of Squat Cleans each round will be your score for the day. Lets get after it today gang!
