Interval Work!

Today’s workout consists of 3, face paced, 5 minute AMRAPS followed by 5 minutes of rest. Because we are working as long as we are resting, the goal is to keep the intensity high for those 5 minutes. Each interval begins with a 400 meter run buy in, meaning the run only happens once, thank god 🙂 In the remaining time you will complete as many rounds and reps of Front Squats and Burpee Box Jump Overs. The Front Squat weight will increase while the reps decrease in each interval.  The goal is to have at least 3 minutes to work on the Front Squats and Burpee Box Jump Overs, so tailor the workout in order to achieve that.
