Today’s workout will be 5 total rounds of 1:00 at each station. You will start with everyone’s favorite movement, the burpee (yay) then move on to heavy kettle bell swings, and finally finish out on everyone second favorite thing, calories on the bike. Don’t worry, you’ll have one minute to rest before doing it all over again. This is an interval style workout and you will be trying to get as many reps as possible for your score. Keep track of the reps you get each round, then you will add those numbers at the end for one HUGE number 🙂 Keep your efforts consistent the entire workout which will help with getting that big number in the end.
