Longer Conditioning Piece Today!

The workout today is programed to be a longer effort while maintaining a steady pace. You will start with some heavy Kettlebell Swings, then move to Sit-ups and finish with meters the Rower. You will move through 5 rounds of those movements and we want to finish the workout within 20-30 minutes which is about a round every 4-6 minutes. Scale anything you need to in order to accomplish the time domain. Have fun getting fitter today!
