 Special Workout On Friday.

Hey gang, Friday we will be doing a special workout for a Police Officer that lost his life in the line of duty on 7/4/20. The workout was programed by Coach and he will be throwing down after he coaches the 9 AM class, during the 10 AM hour if anyone wants to join in. We will post the workout and about the officer on tomorrow’s post so be on the lookout tomorrow for all of that!
