Long Effort Today.

Today will be a longer effort with pretty basic and non technical movements. Because of the simplicity of these three movements, you should be able to just keep moving forward after three pretty tough days of training in a row. This workout should take between 25-35 minutes. Make sure to get in a rest day since the first half of the week has been pretty rough!
