 Power Snatch Focus Workout Today.

Today we will start off with some strength work in the snatch. You will have 15 minutes to build to a heavy 3 Position Power Snatch. The positions will be from the high hang (pockets), hang (knees), and from the floor. After the strength portion we will complete an AMRAP 10 with a buy in on the bike and double unders. Once you’ve completed those two stations, you’ll complete as many power snatches with the time remaining. The goal is to have 3-4 minutes with the power snatches so scale what you need to in order to achieve that. Get in and get this week started right!
