Two part workout again, this time with Hang Squat Cleans. You will have 15 minutes to build to a heavy single Hang Squat Clean then you will complete a couplet with Hang Squat Cleans and Lateral Barbell Burpees. The second half should be fast, taking 4-10 minutes. Lets finish this tough week of training strong Evolve gang!
