Five Minutes On and Five Minutes Off.

For the workout today, you will be working for 5 minutes and resting for 5 minutes for a total of 3 rounds. With that built in rest after each AMRAP, keep the intensity high throughout the entire 5 minutes. The buy in of 100 Double Unders only happens once, after those are completed, you will work through the Lateral Dumbbell Burpees and Dumbbell movements for the remainder of the time. Your score today will be each AMRAP score added together so keep track of each one. Take a look at the “Workout Prep Notes” for movement variations and substitutions. Bring the intensity today!
