“CEO” a.k.a “Chief Exercise Officer”.

Today’s workout is a take on the benchmark workout “The Chief”. You will be moving for 3 minutes and resting for 1 for a total of 5 rounds. During those 3 minutes, keep the intensity high because the reps are small and you do have that one minute of rest afterwards. Choose proper wights and variations that allow you to maintain at least one round per minute or 3 rounds per AMRAP. Record each round with your total number of rounds and reps you get and then your score will be all 5 of those added together. Have fun with this take on “The Chief” and see if you can maintain 3+ rounds each round!
