Cinnamon Swirl Coming At You!
This is a pretty straight forward, well balanced workout for you guys today. You have some cardio to start it off followed by a little strict gymnastics and finally some weightlifting. The goal for the 20 minutes is to get 7-10 rounds which works to a round every 2-3 minutes. Choose movement variations and weights in order to achieve this. The Dumbbell weights will be determined by your Push Press due to that being the more technical of the two. Lets move for 20 minutes and get a great workout in today gang!
