25 Double Unders

Burpees And Double Unders, That’s It!?!

This workout is simple and we are assuming very effective. The ones that look easy on paper are often times the ones that hurt the most. “Bubbles”It is a variation of a CompTrain workout we did on 2/4/20 which consisted 8 Bar Facing Burpees, today we will be doing 10 regular Burpees. Each round should take 1:00-1:30 so pretty fast. Get after this one today and see how many rounds you can get in those 12 minutes! Only doing Burpees and Double Unders might surprise you, or it won’t because you know how bad this will hurt.
