“Bergeron DBeep Test”

On the minute for as long as possible of the following:

7 Single Dumbbell Goblet Thrusters

7 Alternating Single Dumbbell Power Snatches

7 Burpees

After 10 Rounds: Add (1) Rep to Each Movement

OR

“Bergeron DBeep Test” (No Equipment Version)

On the minute for as long as possible of the following:

7 Odd Object Thrusters

7 Odd Object Ground to Overhead

7 Burpees

After 10 Rounds: Add (1) Rep to Each Movement

Dumbbell Version Of The “Bergeron Beep Test”!

Oh boy, the home gym version of the” Bergeron Beep Test”, will it be as bas as the original?!? Probably! You guys will start at the 0:00 and complete 7 single DB goblet thrusters, then 7 alternating DB snatches, and finally 7 burpees. You will rest the remainder of the minute then at the top of the next minute (1:00) you will start again and keep repeating until you are no longer able to complete the reps in the one minute window. The goal is to go for as long as possible completing the work in under the minute. If you are a boss and make it to the 10:00 mark, you get to add one rep to each movement, so instead of 7 you will be doing 8 reps of everything, how nice of them! Once you are unable to complete the allotted reps in the one minute window, you are done with the workout. The goal is to get 7-10 rounds so tailor the workout to your needs in order to achieve that. If you are not able to make it to the 7 minute mark, no worries, keep going AMRAP style until the clock hits 10:00. Your score for the day will be total rounds and reps you completed. Get after this one and HAVE FUN!!
