Dumbbell Version Of DT With A Little Extra!

For today’s workout you will have two parts. The first part will start on the 0:00 and you’ll have 9 mins or less to complete the burpees and one round of dumbbell DT. When you finish, note the time and rest the remainder until the clock hits 10:00. Once the clock hits 10:00 you will complete the second part of the workout that consists of air squat hops over the DB and one round of DB DT. The second part does not have a time cap so whenever you are finished, note the time. Your score will be your time from part one and your time from part two. The workout is written for 2 DBs, however, if you do not have 2 DB’s of the same weight you can use one DB or an odd object. Have fun with this one!
