Weekly Challenge Number 3!

Alright, new week = new challenge. This week we are going to challenge you to check in with 3 gym buddies. Maybe that’s someone you workout with on a regular basis or maybe its someone you are friends with from another class.  Whoever it is, check in with them. If you don’t have their contact info, email or txt Coach Lo and she will give you their number or email. Let’s check on our fiends and make sure everyone is doing ok during this time and stay connected.
