Weekly Challenge Number 2!
Last week we challenged you guys to spend 10-20 minutes out in the sunshine each day. This week we are going to challenge you to drink at least 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces of water. On the days you workout, add an extra 10-15 oz for every hour you exercise. Drinking enough water throughout the day has so many health benefits from keeping those joints lubricated to helping regulate body temperature and delivering oxygen throughout the body. All things everyone could use more of! So, do your best to consume more water than you do coffee and alcohol this week and see how you feel!
