April Athlete Of The Month Dan K!
Dan is our Athlete of the Month this month! Even though we aren’t in the gym together, he is still kicking butt on his own with his odd object! Dan has been working hard since joining CrossFit Evolve and we love having him in the 6am class. Keep working hard Dan and we will all be together soon!

New Weekly Challenges Coming Your Way!
Do you feel like being stuck at home is turning you into someone you don’t recognize? Watching endless amounts of Netflix, drinking like you are on vacation, staying up way too late, eating way too much comfort food, and maybe getting workouts in every now and then? If this is you then have no fear! Starting this week we will be putting out some weekly challenges to help you all focus on something other than the things we can’t do right now. Is it going to stop you from watching too much Tiger King, probably not, BUT it may help you get outside and get some Vitamin D or drink more water than whiskey or wine. Keep your eyes on the blog, SugarWOD, and social media for the weekly challenge!
This week we are going to challenge you to get 10-20 minutes out in the sunshine every day. If you can have your torso exposed, even better. Being outside for 10-20 minutes a day is helpful in getting the daily recommended dose of Vitamin D (helps strengthen the immune system) along with other benefits like increasing levels of serotonin and endorphins which helps with boosting you mood, and lets be honest, we all could benefit from that right now. The weather is supposed to be beautiful this week, so this one shouldn’t be too hard. Lets see how many days we can complete this challenge and notice if we feel a difference when we do!
