Training Through Injuries.
We have all been there, maybe we tweaked something while working out or maybe we did something outside of the gym. Regardless of how the injury occurred there are a couple ways to go about training with those injuries. One way would be to stop working out completely and let the injury heal. Another way would be to train through the injury, meaning, keep going to the gym, talk to your coaches and get modifications for movements you can do while letting the injury heal. The CrossFit Journal wrote an article about this and discusses how to look at an injury. You can get mad and upset or use the opportunity to work on weakness and come back stronger. Give this article a read and see if it can help you!
