Calorie Buy In On The Devils Bike!
Oh snap, we have a buy in today with 100 and 80 calories on the bike. Many of you are reading that thinking to yourself, “it might take me 15 minutes just to complete that!” Don’t worry it won’t! You can scale the number of calories you do OR we will time cap people at 9 minutes so you have the remaining 6 minutes to complete the scored version of the workout. The main goal is to keep moving for the entire 15 minutes. Pick a moderate pace on the bike that you think you could sustain for 15 minutes, that way, when you get off you will be ready to get as many rounds as possible on the burpee box jumps and chest to bar pull-ups. The chest to bar pull-ups will be the main focus of the scored portion of the workout. Choose an option that you can complete in as few sets as possible. Pick a pace on the burpee box jumps that allows you to get big sets on the pull-ups. It is always easier to speed up than it is to slow down, so, go a little slower on the first set of burpee box jumps, then speed up if needed. Get out there and have fun with this one!
