Challenge the Weight.
When there are weighted movements in workouts, especially the barbell, we have to make a choice about how much to put on the bar. Different workout structures play a big part in making that decision. Today is a day where it’s ok to challenge the weight. To put a little more on bar than maybe you normally would. That’s not to say we want a weight that’s so heavy that you start off doing singles on the push jerks. But we also don’t want you to load the bar with something that you can do all 3 rounds unbroken with no problem either.
Today consider going a little heavier than you normally would. See what happens!
