Christmas Time!
Here we go….the annual 12 Days of Christmas Workout! A little different version for this year, we gotta keep it fresh for you! The flow of the workout goes like the song: 1 thruster, 2 hang power clean/1 thruster, 3 deadlift, 2 power cleans, 1 thruster, etc. We’ll explain it in detail during the briefing, don’t worry!
Speaking of Christmas, here are the holiday hours for the gym:

6am, 9am, 10am, 11am Open Gym
Christmas Day:
Closed
