Making It Right For You.

Today is a grinder of a workout! Although the weights are light, the overhead squat and C2B pull-up are two of our more complex movements. Add to it those burpee box jumps and this will be a spicy one! Today we’re going to offer a wide range of scaling options, from lightening the weight to C2B alternatives, to decreasing the volume. It’s important to keep in mind that although you are in a group working out, the group is made up of individuals, each one at a different point in their CrossFit journey. It’s important that we tailor the workout to make it right for you.

Today we’ll offer up options to make this workout just right for you, just like we do every day. Remember that the point to this whole journey is for each of us to get a little better every day. Doing that consistently over time yields huge results!
