Nobody Owns The Rower Today!

A beautiful couplet with a barbell and the rower is on the docket for you today. In order to pull this off with the rowers, we need to approach today a little differently. To start the workout, there will be 2 people assigned to each rower. At 3-2-1-Go person 1 will start the row. Once they’re off, person 2 will note the time and start their row. After this point, any rower that’s open is up for grabs. What that means is that once you’re done with your thrusters, you’ll jump on any open rower. This will allow everyone to keep going without any rest between movements, which is what we want to happen today! 

Sometimes we have to dial in the logistics to allow for really cool workouts to happen, and this is one of those times. We also know that getting the flow out there early really helps. Thrusters and rowing, what could be better? See you in there!
