CrossFit Open WOD 20.2!

Week 2! If you’re not signed up for the Open this will be just a regular workout for you! If you are signed up for the Open we’ll make sure we have a judge for you and we’ll kick off the 2020 CrossFit Open. Plan on a couple of heats happening so we can distribute judges. As in years past, if you’re in the Open and get judged, we’d love for you to consider returning the favor and judging someone as well!

For those signed up for the Open please come in familiar with all the details of the workout including the weights/reps/movements for your age group/division, the movement standards, and the flow of the workout. You can find all of that here on the CrossFit Games page. Let’s do this!!
