12 Kettlebell Snatches, 70#/55#

21 Single Kettlebell Squats, 70#/55#

For snatches, complete 6 on each arm each round. You can switch arms whenever you choose, as long as you hit 6 reps on each.

Project Uplift Movement Standard Change!

Heads up to those competing in the Scaled Division for Project Uplift…or those still considering it…there has been a change to the movement standards, and we think it’s great! In the Scaled Division there will now be a scaling option for chin over bar pull-ups. It’s undecided if it will be ring rows or jumping pull-ups, but things just got even more approachable for those athletes. 

If your team does scale from the pull-up, you won’t be eligible for the podium (that is, you can’t finish higher than those who don’t scale). But this is a CHARITY event with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Kids at Heart ( ) a non profit who support local foster and adoptive families in the Fort Collins area. 

Word is we are doing well with getting Evolve Teams registered. Last year we had the second biggest showing for a gym and raised a ton of money for a great cause! Let’s beat it this year. Find some friends and get yourself signed up!
