August Athlete of the Month: Mark Way!
Hells yes! Mark has been with us for years and is a fixture of the afternoon crew, typically tap dancing his way in on the concrete wearing his biking shoes! Even though he says he hates anything overhead, like so many dudes who start CF simply getting into an OH squat position with a trainer bar was near impossible, and after plenty of consistency and extra work on his own, OH squats though maybe not a favorite are now thrown down. And that’s the tenacity that Mark displays in and out of the gym. All in with his goal of getting his EMT cert, then IV, and now headed to nursing school, there’s no doubt that his work ethic will continue to prevail and he’ll get exactly what he’s after.
