T-Minus One Day Until Teamwork.

Tomorrow is the day. The workouts have been announced. You know the time that they happen. Lots of questions from the peanut gallery. They’ve all (mostly) been answered over the last week or two on the blog. Here’s the highlights:

Do I have to do all of the workouts? No. Do whichever ones you want.

Do I need to put together a team? No. We’ll throw together teams for each workout. If you have a group of folks who want to do the workouts together, then do it, no problem!

How do I sign up in Zen Planner? We won’t be doing sign ups this year. Just come in and throw down!

I can’t find the sign-up link? There isn’t one. The official event is in November, but we opted to do it early. See previous blog posts for the story.

Can we scale the workouts? Yes, of course you can!

I’m brand new to CrossFit Evolve, can I still participate? Of course you can!!

Will you be serving food? No. Bring your own supplies!

Can I bring a friend who never has done CrossFit? They are welcome to watch but they won’t be able to workout. The logistics of running a WOD each hour and the importance of staying on schedule doesn’t allow for us to adequately work with visitors.

Can kids participate in the workouts? As above, the logistics of this event don’t allow us to provide adequate supervision and coaching to our CF Kids. Those who are in our CF Kids session will be doing their own Hero WOD today!!!
