Devil’s Bike Logistics!
Today’s workout is simply too great to not do, but it’s going to take some logistics to pull off. Rather than turn this into a team workout or risk having people wait for an open bike, we’re going to run heats to make this happen. We’ll go through a quick WOD briefing, get warm, and go.
Here’s how it will work: at 3-2-1-Go Heat 1 will start. Once everyone completes the row and bike and moves on to the thrusters, the next heat will start on the next minute. We’ll continue this flow to get 4 heats through the workout. We’ll explain this in more detail during the briefing, but we feel like letting you know the flow beforehand will help keep things flowing smoothly!
