It’s Why We’re Here!
A common thing for us coaches to hear from our people is something along the lines of:
“I didn’t want to bother you.”
“I didn’t want to take up your time.”
“I don’t want to be a pain.”
There are lots of variations, but the theme is consistent. Here’s the thing – this is why CrossFit Evolve has coaches, and hopefully this is one of the big reasons you come to our gym instead of doing our workouts at home or at a globo gym. I mean, we do put our program online for free every day. We hope the reason that you’re here is because we provide value to you by coaching you up. That’s why we got into this whole thing. We love helping people and teaching people and sharing our knowledge and getting to be an intimate part of your journey. We love building relationships with our athletes and hopefully by doing what we keep you moving along much faster and safer than you would on your own. It’s a beautiful thing!
