Chris Kresser Talks CBD.

Many of you guys know of Chris Kresser and his work on functional medicine. If you don’t it’s totally worth your time to have a look at his website, there is a ton of great info on there. In March he wrote about the benefits of CBD on recovery and inflammation as well as its benefit for things including Autism, Cancer, Anxiety, Infections, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, PTSD, and seizures:

CBD oil is useful for many other conditions as well. It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, giving it the potential to offer therapeutic effects for a number of health issues aside from the ones listed here.

CBD is becoming more and more popular and for good reason. There’s even a gas station near the gym that has a CBD display on the counter! That being said, not all CBD is created equal and there are some significant differences in terms of quality and potency. Have questions? Hit us up, we know where you can get some!
