Alternate sets working up.

Part 2

Complete for time:

Males: 27-24-21-18-15 Row Cals

Females: 21-18-15-12-9 Row Cals

50′ Walking Lunge after each set.

For Part 2, you go, I go. You can start your row once your partner gets of the rower. You don’t need to wait until the lunges are completed.
