How’s YOUR GPP?!
As important as we feel the hour a day we spend in the gym is, we also believe that it’s not a means to an end. The consistent hard work we put in within the walls of Evolve is about building a level of fitness that we can use in a variety of different ways. General Physical Preparedness. Training yourself so you can do pretty much everything. That’s what it’s all about, though sometimes it can get lost for forgotten. This weekend a bunch of your CrossFit Evolve squad put their fitness to use running the Colorado Half Marathon! Built using CrossFit as a base, these guys added some running-specific training and went out there and got it done on Sunday. That’s what it’s all about, keeping yourself ready to do anything! Strong work guys!!
