Today’s Rest is Important!

Three hard 1000m rows. That’s what we want today. Not 1 hard 1000m row and 2 medium effort rows. That’s lame. We want you to get after all 3 of them. And in order to make sure we get every ounce of effort out of you the rest between intervals will be 5:00. This is important because if you short change the rest, the subsequent row won’t be as hard as it could be. Kind of makes sense right? That 5 minutes will be important for you to get your breathing and heart rate back under control and allow things to chill out a little bit….just in time to do it all over again!

We love that you guys like to keep the pedal to the floor at all times, but sometimes the intensity that we all know yields big results in the gym can actually hamper our efforts. So today, enjoy some well earned rest periods. Don’t shorten them just to get the workout over with. Use them to maximize your output on the erg today!
