The No Grumbling Mile!
No grumbling today! Remember, we’re getting ready for Murph and today will be a good prep session. First we’ll tax the legs building up to that 3 rep squat. After a short rest it’ll be time to get after that mile. For those who have done Murph before, you know that the final mile is hard to describe. After the first mile and 300 air squats, your legs are….fatigued. With that final mile staring at you in a few weeks, having a few days like today under your belt will help get you through like a boss.
Today is a beautiful day! Having a heavy back squat and a fast mile? That’s some CrossFit for you!
